Job Description

– Manage Womena’s relationships with business stakeholders, i.e. existing clients and potential leads in the company’s – pipeline, throughout the sales process from pitching to the execution. – As well as manage the Sales themselves from lead generation to close. – Prepare customized presentations and briefs, which clearly define and communicate Womena’s unique value proposition for each. · -Support Womena meet its revenue goals and expand globally by researching, identifying, and pursuing new leads to develop the company’s portfolio of clients Track, analyze, and communicate key metrics used to demonstrate ROI as they relate to client relationships and partner productions – Maintain and regularly update Womena’s external collateral (Ex: Media kits) and its CRM database by liaising across teams internally · – Work across teams internally to ensure that partner productions are executed per the agreed upon terms and all Womena commitments are met · – Review partnership Agreements and Sales Contracts Requirements – Minimum 2 years experience in a business development and/or sales in the media industry · – Knowledge of media contracts and licensing terms is a plus · – Should have a strong network of contacts in MENA advertising space – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
