  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement as needed.
  • Support customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in follow-ups with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams.
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.


  • Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
