A Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant provides expert advice and support to clients on the use and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. They work closely with clients to understand their technical needs, design and implement solutions, and ensure the efficient operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
· Design and Implement Solutions: Create and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
· Gather Requirements: Work with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
· Develop Customizations: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to align with client-specific needs.
· Integrate Systems: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and third-party applications.
· Provide Support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 solutions.
· Performance Tuning: Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 environments.
· Technical Documentation: Create technical documentation and user manuals.
· Training: Train end-users and provide technical support as needed.
· Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience as a Technical Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
· Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and customization capabilities, experience with integrations and data migration, familiarity with Azure cloud services, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
· Certifications (MUST HAVE): Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Desired Skills
· Proficiency in C#, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and JavaScript.
· Experience with data migration and system integration.
· Ability to conduct performance tuning and optimization.
· Strong technical documentation skills.
