Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with hotel, flight, and activity bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution.
Requirements
At least 1 year in a customer-facing role.
B2 level or above in Italian and English.
Rotational shifts (7 AM – 10 PM Cairo time), including weekends and public holidays.
