● Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
● Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
members
● Maintain calendars and schedule updates
● Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents
● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
● Develop and maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of information
● Manage and order office supplies and maintain inventory
● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
● Provide general support to visitors and clients
● Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications
● Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures
● Ensure any facilities-related tasks are done in a timely fashion, including maintenance
requests and office repairs
● Assist in project management and support various teams when needed
● Screen new candidates from recruitment, including reviewing resumes and scheduling
interviews
● Ready to go the extra mile and apply oneself in any activity or department as needed
● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
● Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role
● Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
● Strong written and spoken English communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office
management software
● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
● Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
● Experience in handling office equipment, such as printers and scanners, is a plus
