Key Responsibilities:
· Student Recruitment & Growth
· Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollment across all school divisions.
· Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities to attract prospective families.
· Work closely with the admissions team to enhance lead generation and conversion. Market & Competitive Analysis
· Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, including tuition fees, offerings, and market trends.
· Provide recommendations on school fee structures based on market pricing and demand.
· Forecast school fees in alignment with market positioning and financial planning.
Requirements
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or marketing.
