Job Description

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and developers.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on property trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Lead property viewings, presentations, and site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
  • Mentor and support junior property consultants, helping them enhance their skills and achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Manage and update property listings, ensuring accurate and compelling marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and finance, to enhance business operations.


    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and local market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
