Job Description

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide professional guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Conduct property viewings and advise clients on the best options available.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements between buyers and sellers.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage property listings, including advertising and promoting available properties.
  • Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local laws and company policies.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.


    • Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in real estate, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
