Production Manager

Production Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste.
  
• Oversee the entire pickling process, including ingredient sourcing, fermentation, packaging, and storage.
  
• Monitor production efficiency and address bottlenecks to improve workflow.
  

Quality Control & Food Safety:

• Ensure that all pickled products meet quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FDA, etc.).
  
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
  
• Work closely with R&D to enhance product taste and shelf life.
  

Process Optimization & Cost Management:

• Identify areas for improvement in production techniques to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  
• Implement automation and process improvements while maintaining traditional pickling methods.
  
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  

Workforce Management:

• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
  

Compliance & Reporting:

• Ensure adherence to all local and international food safety regulations.
  
• Maintain accurate production records and generate reports for management.
  
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
