Job Description

Reporting and Support

  • Provide FP&A finance support related to planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
  • Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
  • Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
  • Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.
  • Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
  • Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Support in regional submissions.

 Data Management
  •  Record financial transactions and data accurately in the designated systems.
  •  Upload budgets, and forecasts to financial planning systems.
  •  Prepare, review, and input reclassification templates for financial adjustments.

 System Maintenance
  •  Ensure all financial data uploads comply with internal standards and deadlines.
  •  Monitor system inputs for errors and correct discrepancies promptly.
  •  Support the maintenance of financial databases to ensure data integrity.

 Process Accuracy
  •  Perform regular checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of uploaded data.
  •  Ensure reclassification templates align with accounting and reporting standards.
        •  Maintain organized records of data submissions and approvals.
  •  Assist with ad hoc tasks as requested by the financial planning team.



Requirements

Qualifications
  •  Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  •  Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a financial or administrative setting.
  •  Proficiency in financial software systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent).
  •  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables).
