Job Description

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the facility management sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

  • Present and promote facility management solutions tailored to client needs.

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations.



  • Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, construction, real estate, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Language: Very good command of English (spoken & written).

  • Other Requirements: Professional appearance and a valid driver’s license.
