Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property managers, and key decision-makers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
Present and promote facility management solutions tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and technical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth and expanding the client base.
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
Represent the company at industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, construction, real estate, or related industries.
Strong understanding of facility management services and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Language: Very good command of English (spoken & written).
