Job Description

• Implement and continuously improve the client’s social media strategy across their core social channels to support the business objectives
• Manage presence on core channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other similar community sites, in line with marketing and key messages for all channels
• Liaise with all stakeholders to curate and gather social content
• Grow social media presence and generate more engagement with/from followers across platforms
• Manage paid social: review, allocate & optimize paid campaign to maximize results
• Track & monitor performance, and analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and posts in an effort to maximize results
• Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Marketing & wider teams, to help evolve their strategies
• Stay on top of developments with social media tools, trends and applications; take an innovative and creative approach to Social Media: introduce new ideas to both approach and content, etc.


• Minimum 4 years of proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
• Community Management experience, a plus
• Experienced in managing paid social media to spend across several campaigns and platforms, (including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, etc.)
• Have a good understanding of audience targeting, social media KPIs & reporting
• Knowledge of social media and analytics software – working knowledge of Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. important
• Data-driven. A love for reporting numbers and confidence in analyzing data
• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
• Exceptional time management skills and strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders
• Be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Thrives on working in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Independent, proactive with a can-do, and a problem-solving attitude.
• Must read/ write/ speak English & Arabic fluently
