Prepare daily/weekly sales reports Issue weekly invoices and track payments Provide financial information to management by analyzing accounting and other data Manage daily bookkeeping and prepare monthly trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss statement Process payments to the company’s suppliers Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs Prepare budget and financial forecasts Use Excel, VBA and/or any other software to automatize reports and improve admin efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance or data analysis Hands-on experience with accounting software Strong skills in Excel, VBA, and/or data analytics tools is a strong plus
