Identify and communicate smart home solutions to partners (interior designers, Consultants, installers, etc…)
– Identify and communicate smart home solutions to projects (residential or commercial developers)
– Identify and communicate smart home solutions to home owners
– Generating leads for B2B & B2C
– Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
– Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
– Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
– Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
– Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
– Coordinating sales efforts with technical team.
– Coordinating sales efforts with marketing team.
– Understanding and promoting company solutions.
– Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
– Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
– Maintaining client records.
– 2-5 years experience preferably in smart home industry
– Experience in technology solution providers in case smart home experience missing
– Relevant education background acceptable with preference to communication Engineering, electrical Engineering, computer science
– English language proficiency is a must
– Interpersonal Skills: communication, presentation, customer focus, presentable
– Male & Female acceptable
– Living in Cairo and preferably around new Cairo
