• Coordinate clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods
• Full support and assistance to all Bosch customers
• Handling and follow-up of customer orders
• Data management (including electronic orders)
• Accurate documentation raised for the various processes
• Continuous attention to allocated customers’ backorders and credit limits
