Job Description

• Handling of customer inquiries (logistics, price claims…)
• Submitting of offers to customers and follow-up
• Handling and follow-up of customer orders
• Handling of customer claims, quantities….
• Cooperation with Customer Supply chain team Africa and sales team.
• Coordinate clearing and subsequent delivery of incoming goods
• Full support and assistance to all Bosch customers
• Handling and follow-up of customer orders
• Data management (including electronic orders)
• Accurate documentation raised for the various processes
• Continuous attention to allocated customers’ backorders and credit limits


– University degree in business administration, logistic or equivalent.
– EXPERIENCE · 3-5 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company or in Logistics / Supply Chain
– Communicate effectively with high attention to details.
