Job Description

– Managing existing accounts seeking to expand volume, introduce new products and enhance margin – Organizing sales visits & meets with customers and clients – Contact potential customers for new business opportunities – Address customer queries in timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction – Coordinate with sales management to develop business plan for assigned account – Prepare sales forecast reports for management on monthly basis – Negotiate with customers regarding product pricing – Monitoring business activities and competitors’ actions within assigned territory seeking to gain market share by expanding customer base and product usage. – Meet time deadlines for accounts – Handle inquiries and complaints from customers whenever necessary – Any other duties as assigned by the department Manager Requirements – Bachelor Degree in Engineering  – 3-5 years of experience.  – Reliable technical background – Good marketing skills and business sense – Ability to work with others as a team – Ability to build client relationships easily – Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills – Presentation skills and ability to convey product value – High-level organizational skills for maintaining sales territory – Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
