Manage all aspects of onboarding, operations, support, and reporting for clients in accordance with contractual obligations, service standards, and organizational KPIs.
xi. Design, optimize and enhance operational procedures to increase operational efficiency, automate tasks, enhance reliability and reduce errors.
xii. Coordinate and manage all aspects of payment operations including coordination with product management team.
xiii. Manage the integration process with online merchants provide the necessary support for different integration types listed on Opay Egypt Dev. Guide.
xiv. Collaborate with senior Payments leadership to enhance and develop the operations functions and team. Define, communicate, implement and monitor operations plans including relevant processes, standards, and best practices.
xv. Design and implement monitoring and reporting procedures, modules, and dashboards.
xvi. Work with analytics and business intelligence teams to ensure relevant KPI and deep business insights are captured, assessed, and communicated.
xvii. Support group-wide teams were applicable through sharing expertise, knowledge, and insights.
xviii. Recruit, select, train and manage operations team members. This shall encompass setting work objectives, targets, performance KPIs as well as appraisal and assessments
xix. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Engineering, Computer science related field or relevant experience.
xx. 4+ years of operations experience at a high-growth technology company (preferably in the Payments or FinTech space).
xxi. Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, operational, financial, and technical elements affecting Payment processing operations.
xxii. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high-performance teams (preferably in a mission-critical environment).
xxiii. The excellent analytical, deduction, and problem-solving skills.
