Job Description

Serve as the first point of contact for End-user seeking technical assistance over the phone or email • Basic understanding of Below technologies: 1- Windows Server operating systems 2- VMWare 3- Veeam Backup and replication 4- Firewalls 5- Managed Network Switches 6- Servers 7- Routers 8- Wireless Access points 9- Windows based handheld Devices. • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems • Adjust, tune, and Maintain network infrastructure. • Ensure an up to date of the virus and all the security definitions. • Update documentation for the Network, Applications and Systems. • Adjust, tune and Maintain CCTV systems in multiple locations. • Maintain and Update a User’s Support daily report. • Adjust, tune, and maintain software, license, and driver’s library. • Troubleshooting barcode system in different locations either by phone, remote support or on site. Requirements • Proven experience as a help desk technician role. • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, and remote control. • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. • Proficiency in English. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to learn and adapt to existing and new IT projects. • BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
