· Ability to design training programs for management and professional clients · Knowledge of education and training, i.e. knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness. · EBI procedures and policies related to training programs · Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels · Ability to write and speak English and present persuasive and clear opinions in English · Organizing, planning and prioritizing work. Requirements · Banker of a minimum 15 years of experience · Extensive years of experience in the area of training for professionals in the financial sector · Significant years of experience in leading groups · This managerial position requires a well-seasoned professional who can diagnose needs and recommend the · appropriate training mix with emphasis on helping to improve organizational effectiveness. · University degree, preferably in the banking or the finance field Master’s degree is a plus.
