I'm Asmaa, Senior Business Development Specialist at Tawzef. I graduated in 2020 from the Business administration department at the faculty of commerce English section, Damanhour University, and now I’m pursuing my master’s in business administration ""MBA"" I'm also holding a professional diploma in Sales & Marketing from AAST. Before I tend to the Business Development Field where I had the opportunity to grow and develop my personality & skills, I started my Business Development career in the Software Development industry then I moved to the banking sector, and now Tawzef gave me the opportunity to discover the HR Services industry. Mainly, I’m responsible for engaging startups, SMEs, and corporates to turn them into potential clients or partners and then take the whole Business Development process with them starting from uncovering their needs until the service delivery that helps in Tawzef growth.
